- How do we get started?
Give us a call – the first meeting is always free. We can talk
about your project and see how we can help. The more information and
ideas you can bring to that first meeting, the better. It gives us
a clearer picture of what it is you're trying to accomplish.

- Do you work on an hourly or a fixed bid basis?
Either. If there is a detailed specification, we can provide a fixed
price bid. If the scope of work is not well defined, we charge by
the hour. In many cases, we will do a needs analysis first, on an
hourly basis, and then complete the project under a fixed bid contract.

- Can we implement the project in phases?
Usually, yes. Once we have a detailed scope of work, we are often
able to do the development work in discrete units. By identifying
the core functionality and deploying that first, you can start
realizing the benefits of your system sooner.

- Can you help us migrate our data from our legacy systems?
Almost always. As long as the legacy systems are open systems, we can
usually export and convert the data for use with the new system.
